They have the nastiest workers who don’t know how to speak to people, they start off yelling at you then hang up on you. Gretchen and Michael in particular need to learn how to talk to customers. 7 years we had to deal with them, we were so happy when we got a cheaper quote elsewhere finally. They start you off cheap then add between $200-$400 increases every 6 months. The bill every time always went up, never down. One instance they made an error on their part and blamed it on a computer glitch on the reason why they couldn’t take our payment and charged us a higher price because we were “late”. Save yourself the headache and find another Allstate insurance company.

She met with me and went line-by-line through my current insurance policy to explain to me what is and is not covered and where I am at risk. She's a pleasure to do business with and truly wants the best for her clients. I highly recommend Stacy and her Allstate office!
