First of all I am very impressed with the customer service I received today over the phone I was not expect that level of service. Very fast, and friendly. I highly recommend to family & friends.

This man insulted me and was overall very rude. I tried canceling my policy and ended up just letting it try and take money from an expired card and he was horrible about it. Overall will never use them again.

Be careful to anyone that comes here for insurance. They doubled what they took out of my checking account because I wouldn't participate in their phony financial planning. He said there was re-evaluation of the Council Bluffs area but other people that had him for insurance didn't have that happen to them. He's LIAR, THIEF and a CHEAT.
