Good rates on policies but hard to keep drivewise working and up to date

I received a cold call from a man named Gary. We are all set and very happy with our current insurance company, so I was going to pass along a name of someone who was actually looking for an insurance agent for a multi-policy quote. Before I could pass this along, he hung up on me. I called back to speak to a supervisor and whoever the female was that answered the phone kept pressing to find out why I was calling. I finally told her. She proceeded to tell me that Gary would not do that and was a little argumentative. There are far too many insurance agents in the area to deal with rudeness.
