What a joke, living room floods on a Monday morning. I called to make a claim. 2 days later, nobody has called back and I had to rip up the carpet myself and dry the room after being told someone would be out asap to do it. Now 10 days since the claim was made and still not one thing has been done. Not one call has been returned from 4 different people. 18 years without a claim until two months ago which they tried so hard to scam us in the claim. Now this is worse than the first one.

I have had Allstate as my auto insurance provider for 6 moths only. Their customer service is very good.. They were extremely helpful to establish my account with them by answering all my questions. So far I am pleased with my auto policy insurance price. I hope it does not increase. .

I switched to Allstate Insurance years ago and it was a decision that has saved me money while providing me with excellent coverage and service. I recently called my Allstate office from a car dealership to ask a question about how my premium would be affected if I bought a new car and they immediately went to work and gave me an answer in a couple minutes. I bought the new car and my premium only went up a few dollars and I have very good coverage. That kind of customer service is rare nowadays and I appreciate it; and they're friendly and respectful too!
