The Susan Semanate's office is a great office. Susan has a great staff that are professional and very knowledgeable. They gained my trust by answering every doubt and question I had. I started with one policy and by now, I have multiple policies with them. Thanks to Susan and Rebecca who have gone above and beyond.

I have interacted with many of the team members within the Semanate agency (Susan, Carlos & Rebecca). Every interaction I have had with a team member has been positive and they are able to address any questions or concerns I have. Insurance is complicated, but the Semanate agency breaks it down so that I thoroughly understand all aspects of the policy. Price is important, but having an agent that assists me in time of need is more valuable to me.

Best Insurance Agent period. I had my home insurance and my auto with 2 different companies trying to save money. I called Susan and not only I was able to save money by combining my policies with Allstate but I also have better coverage and a life insurance policy to protect my family. Thank you Susan and your friendly staff for all your help

DO NOT GET ANY POLICY WITH HER. She is unresponsive and even got my address completely wrong on my condo policy for first 4 months. I did not have insurance because she simply did not care and I still paid and never got the refund for the wrong address period. When I finally sold my condo she sent the policy refund to the sold condo address intentionally making it not retrievable. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TAKE EVERY DIME OUT OF YOU
