Unfortunately, i've had mixed results with this family owned agency. I have had a liability policy through them for about 10 years. I added a homeowners insurance policy, and generally received good service from the son, but only after making several calls before someone actually followed through. I then inquired about about disability insurance, and after at least eight calls, Theresa finally called back to tell me that she needed more time (about two weeks) before she could get me a quote. Not only did she not follow through with that commitment; she ignored my repeated attempts to get in contact with her via the company receptionist. and email. Let that sink in: She ignored me when I was trying to give her more business. Overall, the service and integrity of this company seems lacking. I would advise to avoid this agency if at all possible.

I moved from NJ in 2008. I decided to go with Greenfield Insurance. Who signed me up with "Castle Key Indemnity" out of Texas ( a branch of Allstate) My premiums were higher than in NJ, but, I figured that since I'm now in the "Hurricane State" it was the norm for a high Bill. This past Sept I had a $500.00 increase (1 year $2700.00) I decided to shop around and I'm glad I did! I have MORE coverage at just less than 1/2 the price. Shop around people! Now after writing 2 Email to Greenfield, I am still getting a Bill from Castle Key wanting more money... So, my final Email will be after this review.

Went in into this location with my 5 year old who needed to use the restroom badly and was told it was ok until the woman asked do I have insurance thorough Allstate. I told her no and she stated the rest room isn’t public and sent me and my poor child on my way in the pouring rain. I will never get Allstate ever ! This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and my child!!!

Let's just say I'm starting to believe there is greener grass on the other side of the fence. 20+ years with this office but it was bought out around 10 years ago. The little talking lizard looks better and better each day. :-(

I have been at this office with Mr. Devito since 1988, I have a hard time trying to cancel my policy with Greenfield, they insist of taking money out my account. Wife and I eent with Geico with a better policy and saving $1400 a year. I do not recall Greenfield being there for 25yrs

I received a call from Greenfield Ins saying they were gong to cancel my insurance on the 15th for non payment. I asked is my payment late? She said "no", I asked when it was due, she sad the 15th. So basically they have a cancellation letter ready to go if you are late 1 day. Spoke to wife, payment was sent in. How nice to call a customer 2 weeks before payment is due and say its going to be cancelled. I left a message for the manager and she didn't even have the professional courtesy to return me call. That's the worst part. I have Allstate for my rental property, they seem good.
