This company was charging me for rent insurance payments when It was cancelled 6 months prior to noticing this. They reluctantly refunded me the money, but after having to dispute it. THEN, I got a new vehicle lease ON 12/7/17 and planned to turn in my current lease on 1/31/18. This location called me a few days after purchasing the new vehicles and told me they would have me on a temporary plan until the vehicle was traded in. My payments come out on the 30th of every month. On 12/30/17, my payment was $124.00 (the usual amount). On 1/30/18, I get a bill for $380 because they forgot to charge me for the month of December and without any notification on this change or the monthly rates on the new vehicle, they went ahead and charged me this. When I called, on 2 separate occasions, I was referred to a manager to figure this out. Everybody at this place is incompetent and works behind a curtain to Nickel and dime every cent out of you. Poor service, incompetent workers, and nothing but frustration! If anybody wants proof, I'm happy to sent pictures of my allstate bills. In the end, I switched to state farm. I was able to drop by bill from $120 a month to $75 a month with the EXACT same plan and a $500 deductible. I know All state is a great company, just not this location. They will refuse to negotiate and work with you to solve problems.
