Deborah Sherry got us much lower rates than we anticipated on not only our homeowners policy, but both autos as well. Her cheerful attitude and attention to detail made our transition from Ohio to Florida insurance needs seamless. On my first visit Tim took the time to introduce himself and talk a little baseball, which is always a welcome conversation in our home. You showed that business does not always have to be fine print and sign here. Taking the extra time to get to know your clients reminded me of the days when good business was transacted with a handshake. We feel right at home in our new community and are pleased to have you as neighbors. Lon W. and Susan Howey

Tim is great. He will go out of his way to make sure you are in the best policy possible. He has gone above and beyond to make sure you are not spending more money than you need to.

I'd give less than 1 star, if it were possible. Thanks to his Agency, their incompetence, inability to follow up with customers and general disregard for customer satisfaction when attempting to renew our homeowner's insurance, they've lost another customer. If you can't be upfront and honest, don't get into the insurance business. Our policy lapsed thanks to them, we never received a renewal notice or follow up from his office along with never even receiving a copy of the last policy we paid for with their agency.

I went to their office and spend 90 minutes going through what I eventually concluded was a training process for a new agent. They claimed they had computer problems and would get back to me with a quote...never did. I called, left a message...no reponse. I don't care they didn't want my business, they could have at least called and said "sorry, we are not interested", or "we cannot be competitive". They have no sense of customer service. At least pick up the phone and say, "Thanks, but no thanks".
