The staff there is very unprofessional I canceled a policy and they had take it upon themselves to turn something into collections that they was simply could have contacted me in regards of I would not trust them as far as I could spit, but that's okay you people at Allstate I was able to take care of that 30 something dollars or so but the staff there is is extremely unprofessional I would not recommend this particular branch of Allstate to anybody much less my animals

Unfortunately I had to file my first claim with Allstate at the end of 2018 due to some storm damage. Everyone I dealt with at Allstate I had a good experience with. I made my claim on Friday and by Sunday they already sent an assessor out and deposited money to repair the damage in my account!! I'm not sure I know of any other insurance companies that will have you completely taken care of in 2 days let alone on a Sunday!! Forever an Allstate customer. Are you in good hands?

Even if AllState can't insure your property, Nathan provides a wealth of insight and guidance on homeowners/landlord policies. An outstanding agent with great communication and follow-through.
