customer service is awful. i never call these people - I had allstate for my home insurance so it was paid in advance. when i sold my home, i called and spoke to some lazy person with an attitude who said that I wasn't getting a refund check. Then I get a call from someone else who said they sent the check to the address i just sold - yeah I would be living there AFTER I sold it to someone else! Is this the first time Allstate has ever dealt with this?Now it's 2-3 weeks after that and I still don't have the check. I send an email and some idiot tells me to keep waiting. So I write her an email saying to get me an answer today. Like pick up the damn phone and get an answer from the appropriate person. It would be a different story if I were late on my payments!!
