Feedback:

I never really had a need to talk to Tom until I moved from Bucks County to Philadelphia and it was an awful experience. Before I moved, I emailed (because I work and can’t take time away from work to call, which Tom feels is the issue?) asking for information about how it would change my rate. I never got a response, so I just changed my address in the app. A few weeks later, I got an email about an upcoming charge to my card (I pay my policy all at once, not monthly) 3 months before my policy is up. I check the app and saw my rates DOUBLED and my policy was going to cost $1,900 for 6 months. I am a safe driver and have never had any claims with AllState except when I got rear-ended over 3 years ago and it wasn’t my fault. So, I decided to search for other policies and found one that was a third of the price AllState was charging me. I contacted Tom about cancelling and instead of explaining why my policy was so high or offer me a better rate, he just said “understandable,” which I thought was strange. THEN, maybe 2 weeks later I got an email with my upcoming policy from Tom after I asked him to cancel it. I emailed him requesting more information and he was very rude and insisted I haven’t reached out to his office (false, I guess they just haven’t joined the 21st century and don’t reply to emails), then when I got angry and told him he offered bad customer service, he tried to invalidate my experience with him by saying he did not offer bad customer experience.Overall, I think Tom is an ageist, sexist, old man that needs to join the 21st century and learn how to offer quality customer service and treat women with respect, especially considering the amount of money I spent with AllState despite being a safe driver.

When I had damage to my property due to high winds, I spoke with Tom and started a claim. An adjuster called soon after for more detail. Received compensation to complete repairs soon after.
