DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY OFFICE I would not recommend this Agent's office. I was charged for a month of insurance and they didn't respond to me. I had a lapse in insurance due to a failure on their part to explain why a month I had paid was not showing. Horrible service. I would not recommend this. I am currently looking for a new provider as they have yet to respond to a email for a MONTH! Worst service I've received so far.

This is by FAR the most blatantly incompetent insurance branch I have ever dealt with. I was left stranded for hours because they charged me $962 instead of my actual monthly $73 that I’m supposed to be charged. I called four times speaking to an agent “nha” who refused to provide her employee ID that claimed no such charge was ever made FOR THREE HOURS. I had to file a claim with my bank before they would do much of anything. At first I was never going to use this branch again but now I’m staying away from Allstate altogether.

Been having alot of trouble getting my citizenship forms filled out and turned in, this guy and his assistant filled it out entirely for me by just looking at my papers, great service.

Pure deception... Can't even take a chance on people these days. If you hate yourself, this is the location for you. Truly disappointed.

Does not help current Allstate customers if they are not in their agency even if it is just for an ID card. That office is rude and very frustrating. I have gone to other offices that are not my agency and they are happy to help. Tom Ha agency is a joke.
