My family and I have been with Tyler for many years. Tyler and his associates are extremely knowledgeable about all of Allstate's products and how to cover your needs at the least cost. Tyler doesn't, "sell", insurance; he presents Allstate coverage tailored to your individual needs and you make the decision as to which package works best for you.

I usually look at insurance as an unnecessary evil, but when I got in a car crash a couple years ago I had to put my insurance to the test. Tyler was there for me when I had any questions about my policy coverage and the Alstate claims process was smooth sailing. I still don’t like paying for insurance, but when I do, I pay the Tyler Hitchcock Agency and feel like it’s money well spent.

I've had Allstate insurance for my car and apartment for years and the only place I loved going to because the staff is very friendly (Eva, Candace,Tyler Hitchcock). Sometimes I don't have to go directly to them I just make a phone call and they are ready to help you. I really recommend Tyler Hitchcock beltline location because they have good customer service. I'm very happy to have Allstate insurance.

I've been with this agency for about 14 years. I've always received personalized service from friendly knowledgeable staff. I change my vehicles frequently and have never had an issue getting immediate changes with emailed insurance cards within minutes. I've also had a few claims and Tyler and his crew are very helpful and understanding and Allstate, in general, is quick to take care of our claims. I highly recommend the Tyler Hitchcock agency to everyone.
