Not in good hands here. I was with them since I was 16 never got in an accident and the one time I filed a claim due to a flood. They didn't even help me out. Very disappointed ?

Dealt with many insurance companies and all just seem to care but never go the extra step. Today I called and had the pleasure to speak to a gentleman named Jose. He was so helpful, patient and shared his knowledge with me without having to ask. He made sure I received all the help I needed an more, talked to me about home and life insurance that really has me thinking. Most definitely will be staying here.
