Extremely disappointing representation of the Allstate name- Charles Van Gombos made account changes that left our home uninsured, provided erroneous information over the phone and by email, and did not act or respond to calls/emails in a timely manner. We are currently more than a month after their changes and lack of communication resulted in the cancellation of our policy. We have had to pay upfront for an interim policy and still have not been able to find out the status of the renewal of our standard policy. Complaints have been filed with the Allstate national office.

Always very helpful. I had a minor accident with a post. Drove over to his office and he took care of everything. He even found me a great shop in ABQ to do the work. I did not have to deal with anyone but him. I liked that very much. Great service.
