Do not let Allstate lure you and with good rates. The agents in Tecumseh are great. They want to work with you help you as much as possible. The claims department on the other hand are absolutes snakes. If you put in a claim you will be getting less than 50% of what your claim is worth. Steer clear of this terrible Insurance Company. I hope the agents when was office end up with insurance company

Avoid this location if you want an agency that you can trust! Receptionist does what she wants and doesn't have the courtesy of explaining full details about adding additional drivers before automatically proceeding without consent! Head office was a pleasure to deal with and explained we may not have needed the 3rd driver insurance if we had agreed to suspend his driving priveledges. Found better insurance for 4 drivers cheaper with RBC Insurance.

Very help agents at Allstate. When we were hit by high winds of a tornado they were here the next day. Took care of everything. Pleased with this company and would suggest it to anyone who wants insurance for car house or anything.
