I've been working with Dana at the Gilbert location for a bit and have so far been very pleased with the service. The prices are very reasonable (I did a good amount of shopping around before settling) and orders are filled promptly. They also have been great about making sure my order is print ready the way I like it and double checking details if something seems off. Dana was amazing! My order was beyond perfect and done in a timely manner! I highly recommend AlphaGraphics for all your printing needs! Oh and they also had the absolute best prices with easy estimates! I just placed my second order with them and they are done way ahead of schedule!

The process of getting a quote was a hassle. It took over three hours for somebody to call me to ask what I needed. It then took another 20 minutes to get an email from them. In that time I managed to go to a competitor and get my order finished. And then when they called me the next day to see why I wasn’t using them I told them that their order process was very congested and the pricing wasn’t very good nor transparent. Is it too much to ask for pricing visibility. I like to support local businesses but this place makes it hard to give them money. Then to tell me well you can’t please everybody, it showed there are stuck in their ways.

Alphagraphics is by far the best print shop in Gilbert. The best service is found at Alpha graphics by Dana.

I had the misfortune of going to this place i.e., dana seemed rushedand very impersonal, though there was only one other customer. I wentahead and tried to explain what I wanted, photos, # of pages etc., whatan ordeal ! Anyway I left her the info and left. I did get an estimate via email to print up a booklet of lest than 50 pages, they wanted $495.00 !I replied no thanks and went to Staples on Baseline and Cooper and for4 copies the total estimate is $ 109.00 - big difference. Dana and company is one big rip-off !

After Vista print messed up my wedding invites I can here. To my surprise the prices were the same but there is no shipping charge and they turned it around fast. Dana is very helpful.

Dana at the Gilbert location is wonderful. I have referred friends to work with her. I even moved out of state and just recently used her for a project while visiting. She is quick, responsive and helpful.
