Unprofessional !! I reordered businesscards and they lost my file ! They didn't know which paper was used, they didn't know anything. I drove there to show them my business card and wanted to order also the postcards that were on the estimate. They didn't provide me any information of how I had to deliver the files in SRGB or in CMYK so they started to print some samples and the colors came out differently . I asked them if this was the paper they were going to print on and they said yes that is matte finish. A bit later I found it that was not the paper they were going to print on and on top of that the quality of the print depended on the machine they used!!! Then they told me they could not print the postcards for the price which was on the estimate as somebody made a mistake over there!!! Of course this was not my problem as this was a mistake made by a person who worked in the company and the client does not have to extra pay for their mistakes..... but they could not do it for that price they said This is illegal. When you make an estimate, you have to follow through with that price (it even says on their estimate that the price is valid for 30 days) but they just didn't want to collaborate. SO UNPROFESSIONAL how they treated me as a client as well. I went from one surprise into another and decided to let my postcards printed somewhere else. When I said that, the lady said... why do you want your business cards printed then? Can they be even more rude to clients?
