I had a local print shop completely drop the ball on me, which left me in a huge time crunch to have my print needs ready for a show that was taking place only days away. Randall not only was only able to expedite my order, but I was so busy leading up to the show, he followed up his calls (which I wasn't taking) with an email AND a text message telling my order was ready for pickup before they closed Friday afternoon. I was super impressed with the level of competency and customer service. Big shout out to AG
