I worked in printing for 5 years, and Julie at this location is the WORST example of customer service I have either seen or heard of. I recommended this store to my wife for her business, and Julie's constant lying about when a simple stationary and envelope job would be done caused her to have to cancel her time off for 3 DAYS! She was told to her face that her job wasn't being done because "she was nice, and the mean customers have to come first" ! No apology was ever given, and no attempt was ever made to communicate the possibility of the job being late. This used to be a great store (and I was one of their competitors!) but if this is the kind of person they employ, you should go anywhere else.
