Shame on me! I don't usually write reviews of companies I do business with because I'm too lazy or the particular service didn't leave a strong impression with me - good or bad. In this case, it's different and easy to overcome my usual laziness. I had a printing project I'd never done before and was unsure how to approach it. I had to prepare large placards and photo image displays for a major birthday party. I found AlphaGraphics by a simple web search and contacted them for guidance and a quote. I struck lucky as they gave me excellent suggestions as to how to prepare the design for large print, including ensuring the resulting product would show with good quality from source images that were not the finest. I had to throw modifications at them after the initial order and they were accepted without a murmur. Although I asked for the product to be available in a week, they called me after only 2 days for pick up. The results are spectacular - including a lifesize photo image of the birthday boy on foamcore that is bound to be a hit at the party.The entire transaction was conducted professionally and in a friendly manner and I am truly delighted. They'll be ready for my next project and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
