The "friendliest internet" was usually either completely down at times or extremely slow. Everytime I called to report this, I was told to check my speeds, as if that were some kind of answer to anything. I was often needing new modems as the previous ones would often burn out. They were offered without charge, but still; none of their techs could agree should that come with a router or not. The "friendly" bit would be manifested by rude emails suggesting that I was getting all the internet I was paying for, telling me everyone else had already up-graded and I was one of the lone holdouts still paying $45 a month for basic internet and being treated like I was asking for more than I was willing to pay for.I broke with Alyrica over a year ago and now have internet through Century Link. Same price, zero hassles, better, faster internet where any service interruptions (all four of them), were fixed by a push of one button. Do Century Link and avoid the "friendly". You'll be much happier.
