The closer did not lock the door upon closing and had a horrible attitude about it. She was told because of her attitude we would never use their service again, she replied, “Good we don’t need you business anyway!” Next call is to the better business bureau and the Crawfordville Chamber if Commerce! Rude

I am in AMS 2 to 4 times per week. I work out of my truck so AMS is my got to place for copies and office supplies. Service is great, staff is friendly, and they almost always have what I need.

Dropped off an antique postcard to be enlarged and reproduced. Described to them that I wanted a good size format and quality reproduction. Price quoted was reasonable so I left with being told a couple of days for completion of the job. Over a week later and no word. I was in the area and stopped in. Was told they forgot and had not done my job yet. Returned five days later and picked up my job. It was cut right to the reproduction print edge with no room for matting and framing.To clarify further it had also been trimmed unevenly at least a quarter inch actually into the copied area leaving an uneven copy. I guess they do not know how to use a straight edge. Not even rectangular. Owner argued that I did not say I was framing it and did not offer to look at it or offer to make it right. Instead shoved the card pad at me and said sign here. I paid and left clearly aggravated only to have a sarcastic "have a nice day" thrown at me over my shoulder. I fired back maybe they should "learn their business" but I don't think that will work.

RUDE DOESN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE STAFF HERE. OVERPRICED!! I was made to buy a small envelope, to put a small box in, instead of allowing me to put the return label on the box...they charged me $2 for a small envelope for an Amazon return. When I asked why they charge so much, I was told to go to Walmart. I won't go there again if I can help it. REALLY rude people that clearly don't need anyone's business. The only thing positive about the place is the dog they have inside the store. He was the only polite and sweet thing about this place. The one star goes to him.

I went in to mail a package and received the most unprofessional customer service ever. The clerk yelled across the store to the owner that I accused her of doing something wrong when I was simply letting her know there was a price difference from the last time I mailed a package. The owner came over and was also rude while the clerk stormed out of the back door with an attitude. I tried to patronize a local small business but next time I will just go to the post office!

What a joke. Sat in line forever to to told they cant scan a barcode! Really need to update your system and tell your staff to have a better attitude.
