worst Amazon FC EVER ...we had confirmation from Amazon for floor loaded shipment that they refused to accept because it is not palletilised !!! We palletilised the shipment which cost us 1000EUR despite it is not our fault that Amazon has directed our shipment for this FC and they again refused to accept it this time because it is taller than accepted. Nobody is answering to our emails and the people from the FC were extremelly rude wih the truck driver!!!! We have worked with AMAZON FBA for 3 years, sending goods to GERMANY AND UK and we had never had such bad experience as we have with MXP 5 in Italy
