Terrible customer service. Went to deposit a check and it took 25 minutes. I then asked for help to figure out what’s taking so long and the lady said “I don’t know” and turned away. Absolutely awful branch. No one knows what they’re doing there.

I used to love this branch. The old manager Aaron was top notch. The New manager on the other hand has all the customer service skills of a walrus. Avoid at all costs.

This organization must have a horribly outdated system because balances are ALWAYS wrong and sometimes it takes over a week for a local charge to even pend.On my auto loan, they repeatedly messed with payments and total payoff to the point that I had to hire a lawyer to correct it. Like adding $100 to my monthly payment then removing it, then putting it back on. Then they said I didn't make two car payments even though I could show it on my bank ledger.Called the 800 number multiple times, went into this branch a half dozen times and not one bit of help. They couldn't justify it and they wouldn't fix it.

This place is great. They are good at loans and even will loan on old cars. Very good service minus the older guy who wears byu stuff telling me I had too many loans. None of his business if I have a couple loans. Will continue to do business here.

Every time I pull up through the drive-through there is not enough people to help. I sit there for way too long to get help. Please hire more people for the drive-through.

Recently went in to consolidate some things and pay off a car. Heidi attended us and was VERY professional and very helpful. We had a very good experience with all the staff we worked with.

The branch manager promptly called me and apologized for an issue with a teller I complained about on their website, and she handled the situation perfectly. That’s the kind of customer service that will keep me a loyal customer, and not a business trait I see everywhere.

The people who work here make Saratoga Springs AFCU, THE BEST credit union. Aaron, the manager is the kindest person you will ever meet. All the tellers, loan officers and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. When working with them, I feel like they truly have my best interests in mind. Everyone is very professional and pleasant to work with. It definitely feels like a "small town" establishment. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.UPDATE: still loving this branch! Heidi sat down and helped me today with auto loan preapproval for over an hour - going through the best options for my situation. She did not treat me like I was a bother or inconvenience. She thought through everything efficiently and thoroughly. I will continue to go here because of this outstanding service!!!
