Ben has been my insurance agent for many, many years. Over the years he has helped me through filing claims, getting the best insurance (home/auto and life) and simply just answering questions when I needed him most. Ben is more than just my agent, he is my insurance agent all-star. I refer everyone to Ben, he is the best and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would!!!

- They do not inform clients that there insurance is expiring even if it is on auto pay.- They make false claims that mail was sent notifying clients of issues.- They do not update clients issues which become problematic with coverage.- They failed to take responsibility on issues that they had oversight on. * There are many insurance agents who will value your business and will rectify issues when they arise. This is not one of them. Look elsewhere.

Ben has been handling all of my insurance needs for over 10 years. In that time everyone in my family has switched to him as well thanks to the wonderful level of service he provides. Not only does he handle my home and cars but two years ago when my wife started her new business he helped us with workers compensation and disability insurance.You don’t realize how much you need insurance until you NEED it. A few years ago our house was broken into and my car was stolen. Filing the claim with Ben and American Family was quick and easy. They sent us a check for the stolen and damaged property from the house and reserved a rental car for me so I would have a vehicle while the police investigated and eventually found my car. The compassionate service and help was a welcome relief during a difficult time.

I've been a client of Ben's for 10 years, and I would highly recommend his office to anyone! Some people assume insurance is simply an expensive piece of paper, so just get it wherever. But when something goes wrong, it's such a huge peace of mind to have someone you actually know be able to talk you through it. Not to mention, it's invaluable having someone you trust to be able to help you figure out what coverage you need to start with. We just recently updated our life insurance policies, and I've been pestering my husband for a long time about it, so I thought it might be a bit of a sell for him. After meeting with Ben, there was absolutely no hesitation because he felt educated enough (with NO pressure!) to make a decision that it was simply the right thing to do. We have all of our home, auto and life insurance policies with Ben, and as long as they'll have us :), we won't switch anywhere else because, while I hope nothing ever happens, if it does, I feel better knowing Ben and his team will be there.
