Did not seem informed or care about our truck getting hit in our driveway. Had not gotten police report nor seemed willing to do so nor did not seem to want to extend any effort in getting out problem resolved. Seemed like we were to blame even though our truck was parked in our driveway when it was hit. Very disappointed in the lack if service and we have been customers for years. We will be looking for different insurance. No customer service whatsoever!!! Kathryn Lukenbach
