I just love going to the Glen Carbon office! The staff is very attentive and well informed and the front desk girl, she's hot. I hear she's taken though. Lucky guy.

Every time I call the office, The Person answering (Kerry, Jim or Kevin) can always get me an answer to my question, and there is always notes in the computer saying what my last conversation was with the person I talked to. Never a guessing game with this company. Everyone is on the same page.

I worked with Lindsey Stroot and she was amazing... very easy to work with! I told her what my goal was and she did everything in her power to make it happen... not to mention I saved OVER $100 by switching to American Family ... over all experience 10 out of 5 stars... I highly recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone looking for great coverage... and who know you might even SAVE MONEY!!! thanks Lindsey!!

I switched over from Country Companies after about 16 years of coverage. Lindsey Stroot basically did everything for me. She made the entire process simple, fun and quick and the best part was (of course) that she saved me money. I cannot recommend American Family enough and in turn cannot recommend Lindsey enough. If I hadn't known better I would have assumed she had been with the company for a decade. I received nothing but streamlined professionalism the whole way through. 5 star coverage and 5 star service. I saved about $250 dollars switching from Progressive. They took care of me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance. Lindsey Stroot took great care of me and she dummied it down for me and saved me some cash.
