Very disappointed by this agent. Jacob does not have your best interest in mind and does not get back with you in a timely manner. He was very inconvenienced when dealing with my questions WHEN he finally reached out to me! I decided to switch agents because it never got any better! My only regret was not switching sooner!! Would definitely NOT recommend him for any insurance needs. Very very disappointed.
