Jan and her team have been fabulous to work with! As a customer of hers, I know she goes out of her way to explain every detail of the policy above and beyond what is necessary. As the owner of SERVPRO of Casa Grande, I can say that I have seen time and time again how far out of her way she will go for her customers. On every occasion that we have helped one of her customers in their time of need, whether fire or flood, she makes a point to stay in touch with her customers throughout the process. This is an agent that truly goes beyond her job requirements and cares about her customers far beyond the end of the sales process.

Jan is the best at simplifying a very complex subject.
