Julie is the most incredible agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. After a very unpleasant (and costly) experience with another AM Fam agent I found Julie’s agency. From the start she took care of me, my family, and my business like she was a family member. She calls me to give me updates, she actually meets with my wife and I to discuss our situation, she just plain cares. No doubt her business is growing rapidly! Thanks Julie!

Went to the office to get a quote for home and auto insurance as we are moving to the area. The person we were dealing with was pleasant but her desk had one client chair and no effort was made to supply anywhere for my wife to sit, I had to ask if she could have a chair and they let her take one from another desk. There are two people working in this front office and the second person spoke so loudly on phone calls we couldn't carry on a conversation with the person helping us. Plus, she was dressed so unprofessionally we were amazed. Raggedy short shorts and flip flops are not good office attire even in a small town agency. Quote we were given was considerable higher than others in the area but even if it hadn't been, not sure we would be well served in this office atmosphere.

Julie recommended roadside assistance. Not long after I got locked out of my car and i called her office. They quickly sent out help within 20 minutes and unlocked my car within 1 minute. Normally it would have been a $75.00 charge, but it was covered with my policy. Thanks so much Julie!
