Lori Shasteen's agency in Sullivan has always been there for all my insurance needs. I always feel that Lori and her staff have my best interests in mind and that they care about me as a person. This may be easy for me to say, being that I am related to Lori. However, I believe that Lori and her staff treat each and every customer as they would treat their own family member or friend. I have always found insurance to be both confusing and intimidating- but Lori is great about helping me make sense of things. Beyond the exceptional service I receive through my local agency, American Family also provides modern tools and resources that give me instant access to information when I need it most. This has been an added benefit that makes my life easier.
