Pam was very pleasant and accommodating and Jill was very thorough when taking the application and checking it several times to make sure that the changes we made were correct .She explained the polices in simple terms that were understandable and answered all my questions very satisfactorily and managed to safe me a good amount of money for the same coverage i had before .I would recommend Jill to anyone looking for insurance Pam is extremely knowledgeable in the insurance field and she has trained Jill to be very knowledgeable as well .
