I have been with Pete Parker for 35 years. I have looked at other agents, even took part of my insurance to another company for a year, which was a HUGE mistake and cost me over $25,000 when the other company failed to ensure I had adequate insurance. Not only does American Family back and support their clients, they empower their agents to provide phenomenal service. Pete's agency has worked very hard for me over 35 years. They have supported me as a young man traveling the world and the different situations I needed for car insurance. They supported me when I got married and bought my first house. They provided business insurance when I opened my first business. They provided guidance when we had our children to make sure they are taken care of along the way. Now we are empty nesters and Pete's agency is still right here with us providing advice and guidance for every odd and to me unforeseeable event in our lives. I don't know if there are any other agents like Pete, or agencies with the fantastic staff he has. I have sent everyone I know to Pete, and all of them become long time customers as he makes complicated insurance needs become simple, which allows us to focus on matters important to our families.
