After being left stranded by the first agent I connected with thru AmFam, a lot of my accounts where either not reported to my escrow office and payment wasn't going through, putting my household at risk of not having homeowners insurance. After being transferred to Tania and her crew to remedy the situation, within less than a day everything was squared away and back in order. I could not be more pleased with the professional help and courtesy shown to me by both Tania and Brad for helping me through both my auto and home insurance policies. Ever simce my first hiccup with the company, its safe to say I will stay with Tania's group for as long as they will have me. I couldn't recommend them more.

Easily the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have ever worked with from an insurance company. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences so far. They followed up each year to make sure I was still adequately covered, which I absolutely loved. They even went beyond that to make sure I didn’t have any gaps in my insurance. After finding a potential area where I was uncovered, they swiftly brought it to my attention and prescribed a solution. I will definitely be sticking with this agency!
