When we purchased our home in Arizona we were halfway across the country.. sorting out all the details was extremely difficult but the easiest part of the process was definitely our home insurance! We started working with this agency as a referral for home insurance from our real estate agent and what started as needing just home insurance ended In us switching all of our insurance to American family. Justin is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure even the most minor details are taken care of. I would highly recommend him and the Ty Schraufnagle Agency as a whole!

After shopping around for insurance for about a week had the pleasure of having Joe call me. His pleasant tone and empathic style of selling was non-pressured and made me feel relaxed. Insurance is something very little people know a lot about but Joe made the process very understandable and relaxing without pressure but meeting all my needs and questions. Meeting Joe in person I can say he is a wonderful man and someone I would trust taking care of my entire family’s needs. A true hometown agent!
