I have been with American Family Insurance for 30 some years and they are the company I go through to get my car insurance. I have shopped around and have found they have the cheapest prices. The office I go through is located in Nixa and Chris and Tina are the best!

William has been my agent for several years. He meets the ever changing insurance needs of my Family, Business, and Auto. If William is busy, then Marleen and Alisa will help you no matter how small the problem. If you drop by the office for help, you'll leave with a smile, as their smiles and polite attitudes seem to be contagious. William always returns calls and emails promptly to make doubly sure you are being taken care of, he is the kind of Insurance Agent Everyone needs!

I had met Agent William at a business networking event. At the time I held auto insurance with another carrier who had steadily been increasing my rates despite no driving infractions. I asked William for a quote for Auto insurance - and he returned with a quote that included better coverage levels, renters insurance for my personal property, as well as term life insurance .. all combined the monthly amount for all 3 policies was LESS than I had been paying for years with the previous carrier! (I should have shopped around long ago, and would have saved a bunch of money in doing so.) Since becoming a client of William's I feel that every interaction with him or his office staff has resulted in my experiencing a very high level of service. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and have been recommending William to friends & family ever since. THANK YOU for your services!
