Wonderful team of insurance agents to work with. They are reliable, quick and easy to work with when choosing different insurances. I went in for a life insurance policy and Mike was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for me. Mike took the time to answer all the questions I had and explained the different policies I could choose from. I highly recommend working with Mike at American Family Insurance.

I am not one to write reviews, but my experience with this particular insurance agency definitely deserves one. I switched from State Farm (who I was with for 6 years) and Candace Black (who is amazing) helped me through the entire process. While I might be paying just a tad more than I was with State Farm, I am getting substantially better and more insurance coverage overall. I only had my home and two cars with State Farm. Now I have home, both cars, a great umbrella policy as well as life insurance (which will cover everything I need it to) all just for a small increase. I am very happy and pleased I made the switch; not just because I am getting more, but because I honestly feel protected which is hard to say about an insurance company or agency.

American Family saved me a huge amount of money and their coverage even exceed what I had with another provider. They held my hand every step of the transition process which went seamless. An added bonus was not having to take anytime off of work. Everything was electronic! Candace was fantastic to work with. She was very thorough and patient with me and my 50 million questions. I'd hire her to manage my life if I could!!

I have had American Family Insurance for over 20 years. I have had great service from the Mukwonago office and always know I will get a call back or an email answered from William or Deborah. I have compared rates and coverage and cannot find another company that beats what American Family offers!

Made an appointment to get a quote on property insurance. Mike Buboltz also suggested I get quotes for my other insured items. I said sure why not, and ended up saving a lot money by doing so. I highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs.
