Feedback:

I have been with AMT for two years now. Every time I have to call they are very helpful. They have helped me with my log in multiple times as I always forget what my information is. They have given me information that I needed. They have not always been pleasant, sometimes come across rude but have never failed to help me. I have called many times, not just recently. I receive a newsletter in the mail, my renewal information. They update and remind me of CEU's needed and when they are due. I feel that they are invested in me. They have helped me to be successful and I truly appreciate what they do.

I am surprised by all the terrible customer service reviews - the only one that I would even slightly agree with is that they don't let you know if they have received your documents or not when faxing. I faxed my documentation for my CEU's and then later called them (after a week or two) to make sure that they had gotten them and how many CEU's I had been credited with, they were able to tell me very easily how many I had and it was more than enough to cover my requirements. I get my renewal notice without a hitch every year and even though I just renewed mine today (16 days late) it wasn't a problem at all and it went through without any issues. Thank you AMT for the opportunities I have been given due to your certification!

Horrible Horrible Horrible !!!!!!!!! If you are looking to be certified avoid AMT all together they are in just for the money not helpful at all Spoke a Jessica from Education and was so rude they do cut you off don’t even reason with you all Plus never received any communication about having to do CEU again since I graduated in 2005 now with only 2 weeks over my recertification deadline they couldn’t even understand !!!!! To end it call dropped and requested to speak to so call Jessica again and all of sudden 2 mins later she was busy but another rude woman got on the call and knew my whole story Jessica couldn’t even get back on the line !!!!!! Rude people !!!!!!! Horrible !!!!! If I can give them a negative star I would !!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with AMT. This is my first time having to renew a certification. I have never received an invoice from them to pay annual dues. My online account says I am up to date. There is NO INVOICE on my account online. When I called customer service one rep told me I was good and another rep said my information was entered incorrectly and as a result I have to pay $270 by July in order to remain certified. That's a lot of money in a short time frame especially since it's their fault for entering information incorrectly! I am not happy!

AMT has always been great and they make the process easy. I had issues with logging into my account and I emailed them and recieved a response very promptly. I highly recommend anybody togo through AMT

I submitted to a few different agencies and was rejected by mail from all. AMT called me BEFORE just rejecting my application questioning my transcripts. Come to find out that my school sent transcripts with someone with a similar name and not mine. AMT was the only agency that took the time to investigate and provide me an opportunity to correct the issue. I have had nothing be success in dealing with them and will be with AMT for life.

These people cant spell customer service. Will harass you with endless emails, yet when calling your misinformed by numerous so called representatives with nasty attitudes. They want official documentation of EVERYTHING but fail to send any to their clients.
