Erica Archibald and the staff at American Secure Title provided an unique mortgage closing experience that was both professional and relaxing. They were knowledgeable and informative, while also being fun and conversational. While “enjoyable” is not a word most people would associate with closing on their mortgage, I can confidently say that my experience was exactly that.

I have closed many real estate transactions with Erica and she constantly goes the extra mile for me and my clients. There's been times where we've needed title work or a closing done last minute and she always handles the pressure with such grace and makes sure the closing goes smooth. Her closings are always so fun and she makes my clients feel welcome and at ease. She's very professional at the table but has a great personality with well timed humor. I highly recommend her.

At times the real estate business can be very "cut throat" with honesty and integrity being shoved to the side. In any game it can be difficult to determine who to trust and who is going to do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it all while keeping the customers best interest in mind. Erica Archibald at American Secure Title in Brigham City is incredible!She is very thorough and has caught several potentially costly mistakes made by other title agents/agencies as well as mistakes made by financial institutes which helped to keep processes smooth and avoid lost time. She has a great personality and works very well with her team. My experiences with her have felt more like meeting with a friend than business. She makes doing business effortless and I wouldn't consider anyone else.
