Terrible experience.The on-boarding process was long and tedious and many of the training materials are very degrading and patronizing. After finishing the on-boarding, the interview was not much better.In short, I was told that objecting to having my life threatened with weapons on a work site is an "unemployable quality" and that they would struggle to find any work that would allow me to hold this personal quality.Beware.

I've done a couple of temporary jobs with American Staffing and I've enjoyed each of them. Andy, Micaela and Julia are great to work with and very professional. The jobs that the sent me on were just what I was looking for as well. I would recommend American Staffing to anyone in need of a job.

Best staffing agency in town that I have worked for. And I have worked for a few of them. They always I have answers to my questions and always have new jobs open and available. I love American staffing and wouldn't change the staffing agency I work for.

I was a little wary initially because I've never gotten a job through a staffing agency before. However the hiring process was quick and they found a couple of job options that i was qualified for right away. From my initial response to a post made on indeed to actually working and making money was very quick, within a week or so. I'm not sure if this applies to everyone working through this staffing agency or just a select few, but there isn't an option for direct deposit so all paychecks needed to be picked up physically and since the hours of the position I was hired for were longer than the time that American staffing was open I had to pick up checks on a lunch break, which works but is a tad inconvenient and is my only complaint. If i knew how to give 4.5 stars then I would, it seems to me to be a good staffing agency and the people are always helpful and friendly.
