Back in '09 I went to this place to have a few things installed on my '08 Trailblazer, and also to have a box-trailer wired so that it can plug into my Trailblazer without fault. As of today, 7/14/18, all of those items I had installed (including window film) are still performing fantastically, I have no issues with anything I had done. Earlier this week, I stopped in and spoke to Tom and Fred about my box-trailer. After 9 years of using my box-trailer very heavily, I knew that the plug that they installed back in '09 needed to be replaced. I was afraid that there was a bigger issue going on (ex: wires in the walls became frayed or broken since the running-lights stopped working.) I dropped my trailer off in the morning and it was completed and checked over shortly after the lunch hour, and they determined that they plug was all the issue I was having. Once it was changed out, my trailer is working like a charm again. For something so minor (to them), something so major (to me), I felt it worthy to leave a review and comment that I am very pleased that having a small issue was treated as if I had a big issue. This kind of service is rare to find, but I am very glad that they haven't lost sight of "customer service."
