I am editing my review today. I originally rated lowest due to the fact I wasn't getting any response on a needed repair for a window that stopped working after three years. However after my posts and complaints to Home Depot, a nice service man came out and repaired the kitchen window. I shouldn't have had to make over four phone calls and three or four posts on social media though. That's why I'm only giving three stars. So I guess they do stand behind their products for repairs after all...just make you do a little foot work to get it done. Thanks.

Worst parts customer service in the WORLD! Sit on hold for HOURS and all I need is an address of where to return the parts. PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!! PLEASE!

After reading some of these "reviews", it appears that many who have issues immediately want to post with "one star, two stars" but this is not the point of the input. Please realize that sometimes it will be a process to correct your issue. Let's not make a judgement until you have given the vendor a chance! I do not work for Andersen and I certainly believe their reputation is stellar. I wish people would wait it out before posting. The place that keeps you on hold for hours is the Government!

I sent in for literature on windows about a year ago and then started getting e-mails from Anderson. I called them and explained it was going to be sometime in the future before I was ready to replace my windows (14 of them ) They kept sending me e-mails and I called (10 times) and asked them to stop sending them and that I would contact them when I was ready to do this. Every time I contacted them they said they would remove me from their mailing BUT NEVER DID. When I got ready to do this (in August) I purchased from another company because of the harassment from Anderson. I purchased from Window World and got a much better price and a lifetime warranty transferable if I should sell my home. STOP HARASSING PEOPLE AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMERS.
