Low salary, opportunity for promotion is slow, no real benefits and it's hard to move around. Upper management is horrible, people behind it are good at micromanaging and expecting too much from people but unable to provide support and convey appreciation for hard work and great results.

I was a summer intern and really enjoyed my time here. Rather than being given mundane tasks, I was working directly with the president of the company. I myself am an undergrad pursuing a politics degree, but I still gained a ton of experience. So whether you see yourself working in PR or not, you'll definitely learn a lot from interning here. If you enjoy being in a fast paced setting, working hard, and being kept busy with actual work then I definitely recommend working at Andoscia.

As an intern here, I would say that my experience has been undoubtably worth it. I have learned so much in such a short time, and I have gotten to work on real, actual PR instead of only doing low-level intern tasks like I have at some other internships. I would highly recommend an internship here if you're looking to get real PR experience in a fun, fast-paced environment!
