Asked for business insurance and they never got back with me when they said they would. Already had a business loss from theft and no insurance yet. Should have called another company after calling them before this happened. So you get a 1 star review from me.

I've used Andrea Waltons State Farm team for years to insure my investment properties in Dallas and Houston. Insurance for Texas is a little different than here in California as the weather events are more frequent. Andrea's team is always responsive and provides cost savings ideas to consider so I can choose the right type of policy for my needs.

Would highly recommend this agency. I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years in several states and found this agency to go over and above to help service my many policies. Recently had a situation with a young driver having several accidents. They took the time to go through my policies and find the best solution and least expensive rate for my son. They worked around my busy schedule to meet with me and make a stressful situation less stressful. There are so many companies and agents to choose from in Texas. This is an agency that cares.
