One reason I left State farm.. they have no clue as to what they're doing. I still need proof of prior insurance which I've been trying to do for several weeks. They have failed to email and fax this information to my new insurance company and when I went in to pick it up it was the wrong dates which has created more issues because now I need proof of cancellation since they printed off that I was covered until March 2018 when I canceled the policy back in October 2017!The office never answers my phone calls (as if my number is blocked somehow)I had cancelled with them back in October 2017 because they wanted an extra payment and I have been with them (for at least 2 and a half 3 years) ever since I got my car. I have now reached out to the customer care center who unfortunately cannot pull up my information so they are attempting to contact the office and get what I need.Ridiculous! Never seen nothing like it in my life.
