If I could give them less than one star I would. This place is a joke. First of all you have to deal with Candi. She is rude!! I had to deal with her several times and she was never friendly. Second your pet “deposit” is not a pet “deposit”. It is just a donation to them. We paid $600 and they do not use it when you move out for any damage done. We spent 2 days cleaning and was still charged. It was cleaner than when we moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

I wouldn’t recommend ANYTHING about these houses!!!! They are disgusting, nasty and almost unlivable!!!! Candy in the office is so incredibly RUDE I have not one nice thing to say about this housing development!! NOT worth the money!!!

WAY overpriced for the conditions of everything. I cant be expected to pay nearly a mortgage for a single unit in a quadruplex. The only good person in the office is Samantha. And when I was locked out of my house, which they deemed an emergency, they took over 30 minutes to show up. And the person I saw wasnt even there to help me. She was at my neighbors house and helped me. And the parking? What parking? The new parking spots are reserved for those who pay amd since they arent cones or blocked off, a friend parked there and got towed within an hour. The ticket said he had an hour to move it. It was gone within 40 minutes. There is no respect from any employee.

Have lived here for 3 years and the only reason we moved was because we bought a house. If we were ever in a situation and had to rent again I would go back to antelope ridge. There were some issues the 3 years we were there but when won’t you encounter little hiccups. I’m not a fan of the unsupervised teens at the park, so much so we didn’t let our children play there and we lived right next to it. The doors and windows can use some replacing. I never had any issues with the staff, I keep hearing people don’t like Candi, but I’ve dealt with her almost every time and never no issues! She was great. You can’t beat a fenced in yard, garage, good space and utilities paid at a cap! Maintenance was always courteous and professional and got the job done. Move out was a breeze and very understanding. I say give this place a try you may just like it!

They absolutely gouge residents for every nickel and dime they can get. Maintenance is shoddy at best. They do not care about their residents whatsoever.

My husband and I were I the middle of selling a home so we needed a place to rent. They said they have openings all the time and come down and pay 150 to hold a spot for up to a year. They made it seem really simple. Then 2 months later they email us saying we were now on a waiting list. With no warning and tried to explain that the fee was a "processing" fee. This is not what we were told initially and we feel misled and scammed. I can't believe they do this to military families in times of change and stress. We can't get our money back. Don't ever rent here!!!

Old units. Rent went up even though nothing was being done to fix major drafts, flaking paint, leaning decks, and an incredible amount of dust in the A/C vents. It's better than nothing but the price doesn't really match what you get.
