Stear clear of this company.... they outsource all their work to sub contractors. They resurfaced our concrete inground pool 4.5 years ago but the subs never put down a bonding coat so the entire coating peeled off its shell called delamination... it was beyond the 3 year warranty so they refussed to re do the job. I spent $21,000 with them. We went with them because they were the orginal builders of the pool but that was nearly 50 years ago. They are a big corporate company now and have no regards for its customers and its work quality. Stay away. I just had a new plastering job by Prestige pools in Mahwah, NJ... they use Raymond plastering which are excellent. Hopefully it will last the 15 years it is supposed to last. GK

I bought a home with an Anthony & Sylvan Pool. I've called several times to get some info about parts, tiles and the deck. Cant get anyone on the phone, left messages and emails. Nothing, horrible!
