Feedback:

Very great company to work for. You aren't just an employee at Focus. You are family! I have learned so many needed skills from them to help build myself professionally. You can make a career out of Focus. So much opportunity for growth with the company. I can't thank them enough.

Feedback:

This is NOT a legitimate Marketing company. It's actually a Multi Level Marketing operation. Google it. Marketing 101:If you are looking for a job in Marketing, ask the company about the brands they represent DIRECTLY. Brands don't generally go through a "supplier" or middle man. Brands work directly with account executives at real agencies that develop marketing campaigns based on demographics. The "supplier" that MLMs refer to are suppliers of leads. Without a degree or extensive marketing experience you won't be hired or even interviewed by an established, reputable Marketing Agency. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Notice that this company isn't being reviewed by clients- only "employees" and people who interviewed with them. They are in the business of hiring, not marketing.

Feedback:

Some of the rudest individuals I've met in the Tampa Bay area. Slimeballs that aren't worth your time.

Feedback:

I have zero complaints, everything was handled professionally!

Feedback:

Very professionally ran company that does exactly what they promise too.

Feedback:

I am writing this to ensure current college grads who are already stressed out looking for employment don't waste their time with interviewing with this company. They have misleading job postings, multiple titles but all are for the same position. They say it's direct marketing BUT all you are doing is trying to sell products you can buy off of amazon in sams clubs and Costcos. You also aren't salaried or have any benefits, so you work 6 days a week, with Monday's off, making money based off of what you sell. They promise account manager positions need to be filled but you can find real entry level jobs that value their employees and can afford to pay them and give them benefits. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. In the second interview where they explained compensation and scheduling I told her this wouldn't be a good fit and cut the interview early and thanked her for her time. Sweet girl, but I think she drank the kool aid. Just keep your eyes open. And advice to this company it to be transparent in the first interview and let them ask questions so they don't waste their time.

Feedback:

I have a family physician in this building whose office is always spotless the people are always friendly cheerful and greet me with a smile and know me by name. I find the receptionist to be very beautiful and as kind as anyone I've ever met. I've had many doctors in my past and wouldn't trade the whole bunch for my Dr Urso....
