The service was really great I landed a job in the logistics industry in less than a month. DJ and Irma were really wonderful to work with. Irma was really on top of things and getting me interviews and DJ really prepped me for the interviews. DJ and Irma were involved in the whole job search process. It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend, especially if you are trying to enter an industry where you don't have much experience they really take the time to build your profile and present you to employers.

Don’t go to this office very unprofessional, I game my resume to Irma to fix and she did a horrible job and even changed one of my positions to something that I’ve never done. Only sent me to 1 interview and nothing else!!

Estella /Star and the rest of the group act so unprofessional. The way they answer the phone. Just because you go to them for seek a position doesn't give them the right to treat you poorly. Don't go here ...

Worse place to go for help! I'd always get the run around, and always told they had no jobs. But the location in Ontario always had jobs for, unfortunately, the Ontario location and jobs were to far for me, so i wad hoping the Downey location can help since its closer. I've gone twice for help at this location, and I've even asked for a new rep, but they didn't want to, and she still didn't help.fyi her name was Ericka B.

I went to office nice people but after that I never heard of them anymore not even an email letting me know what's going on, just saying he wasn't in office (not doing his job). I guess they don't care. thank you for letting me know there's people that don't do their job right even though they're still getting paid to do nothing. Bad Place.

For an agency that focuses on clerical and customer service staffing they should really train their staff to be friendly and customer oriented. I walked in with a handful of questions because I had never been in an agency before and the receptionist was flat out unhelpful and rude. If you're going to be at a front desk then at least be personable and welcoming. I don't think I will come back.
